Taking part in any physical activity carries a risk of injury, and if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant or post-partum, you should consult your physician before taking part in any new exercise programme.
New clients must complete the New Client Registration Form

Classes are for adults aged 18 and over. Children can join in online classes with a supervising adult.
Online Classes
The instructor cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur during an online class. You, as the participant, are responsible for making sure your area is clear of hazards and that you are fit and well enough to participate.
In-Studio Classes
If you have tested positive for or shown any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please do not come to class and please let us know so that we can participate as necessary in the Test, Track and Trace scheme.
Please observe the required social distancing guidelines and all other COVID-19 specific safety measures, as detailed in our Risk Assessment.
Your possessions remain your responsibility and the instructor and facilities accept no responsibility for any lost or stolen items. This includes cars parked in the car park.

When attending our baby-friendly classes, your baby remains your responsibility for the entire class.
Payment
Payment is made online at the time of booking via the bookings page on our website.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable, however if a class has to be cancelled by us, we will offer you credit towards your next booking or a full refund.
By booking into our classes, you are agreeing that:

You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and agree to be contacted by email for relevant updates to our services (you can unsubscribe from our mailing list but this could mean that we may not be able to provide our service to you)
